Great friendly staff, always willing to help. My room was spacious and had an amazing sea view. Breakfast was good and healthy.

The wireless internet did not work on the 5th floor.

A lot of items in the hotel is old, staff is lazy when I ask about something reception man was busy, no more in this hotel

The location offered was excellent near to a good restaurant as well as the mountains. Konyaalti Beach district was worth staying in. - We visited the music bar and liked the cool drinks. Located in the vibrant Konyaalti Beach district, Kristal Beach Hotel offers an excellent location near both a good restaurant and the captivating mountains. Staying in this area is a great choice, and we had a wonderful time visiting the music bar and enjoying their refreshing drinks.

The owner is very friendly and nice person. Also good location for the beach and not so far from the old city of Antalya. Just about 40-50 minutes from the airport by taxi. Very nice view from all hotel rooms (sea and/or mountains).

Hotel personal were not really friendly apart from the owner and one member of staff. We asked for several essential things at the reception but got them with a big delay. The whole atmosphere is not comfortable. They do they job as a favore to customers which is a bit annoying. The breakfast which was included to the price was fairly ok but I wouldn't recommend to go for lunch and dinner at the hotel canteen as the price is good but the quality of food is not. The hotel itself is not cosy.

The location here is great, just a short walk to the beach. Our rooms were decently spacious with a double bed and a bar inside. Everything was fine overall, but a couple of staff members really dropped the ball 😕.

The Hotel is Bad more than what can any one think about as a Hotel .. its Old, the smell everywhere and the staff not welcoming at all, they are players gave us not the room we booked, the Cleaning is 0%, old furniture, poor breakfast, you can hear everyday the Hammers here and there even they didn't apology at all ...

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in front of the beach and with easy access to the Old Town of Kalichi. The rooms, although simple, are clean and comfortable, with a small balcony and a lovely view. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always trying their best to make you feel at home. Additionally, the breakfast provided is delicious and the prices for the room are very reasonable.

No improvements needed, everything was great.

The whole place was clean and the staff were amiable and polite. Eggs and cheese for breakfast were all gorgeous. My room was perfectly clean with balcony, bathroom and a double bed. The location was amazing, not far from beach and shops and restaurants, convenient shops and the club.
